Smoking Meats
I love my smokers. I have a Green Mountain Grill pellet smoker and a Hunsaker drum smoker.
I have modified the pellet smoker with three pull-out racks, which has tripled my cooking space. Since it's a pellet grill, I do not have to babysit it the whole time.
The drum smoker is more demanding. Getting the charcoal lit and dialing in the temperature takes more time, and it tends to run hot too. Instead of fighting it down to my preferred 225°F, I may need to lean into a hotter, faster cooking style.
I feel like I have ribs dialed in, at least for my taste. I even placed third in ribs at my first amateur backyard competition. My team name is Old Goat BBQ. I have cooked pulled pork, tri-tip, pork loin, brisket, and plenty of other odds and ends. People seem to enjoy my brisket, but I do not think it is quite where I want it yet. It is an expensive cut, so I do not get as much practice with it.
Ruby & Ruby on Rails
I think Ruby and the Rails web framework are great. I haven't created anything huge, mostly just fun little projects for myself. I really do enjoy working with it and plan on creating some more functional and practical websites using it. I just need more of that 'spare time' stuff.

Steganography
One of my favortite subjects is Steganography. It's a branch of Cryptography. Cryptography is the science of writing in secret codes. Steganography is the science of hiding information. The goal of cryptography is to make data unreadable by a third party, the goal of steganography is to hide the data from a third party.

Personal Website
I get like zero time to work on my personal website. I'm busy with work, church and most importantly, family. I'm just glad school is over, so maybe now I'll have more time to update my website.
